Are you ready to make the first move towards become a home owner? Here's a look at what you can expect.

It starts with a free information session, from there you will learn everything you need to know about timelines, financing, suite details, and everything in between!

01

Attend a FREE Information Session

With Home Opportunities your home ownership journey starts with a free information session where you'll receive more information on the development you're interested in as well as the process, and decide if you're ready to move forward.

02

Get Matched with an Agent

The next step is to place a $100 deposit to get a detailed set of condominium documents including the purchase agreement, floor plans and more, as well as a meeting with an agent that will be able to reserve a unit for you and to help you through the rest of the process.

03

Reserve Your Unit

At your first meeting with your agent, you will then have the opportunity to reserve your unit! At this time you will also be able to review the documents, ask any questions and pick out a specific suite number - this unit will be reserved for you conditionally until you sign the purchase agreement.

04

Sign Purchase Agreement

At this point, after having all your questions answered and selecting your unit you should be ready to sign your purchase agreement. With the guidance of your agent, you can make the official move to sign the purchase agreement and start to look at finalizing your financing.

05

Get Mortgage Approval

At this time you will need to meet with a bank or credit union to confirm qualification for your mortgage for your selected unit, determine monthly payments as well as implement a saving/payment plan and credit remediation if needed.

06

We will continue to keep you up to date along the way, as well as offer voluntary information meetings to meet your neighbours and hear specifics on construction progress.
