Reservation Deposit

Now that you've attended our info session and learned more about Mount Pleasant Commons - you're ready to take the next step! This reservation deposit gives you the opportunity to meet with one of our dedicated sales agents, get specifics on financing and unit availability, a copy of our deposit package with the purchase agreement and more, and then reserve your future home!

The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. However, it will be returned to you at closing of the development. If you decide not to go ahead with a unit at Mount Pleasant Commons, the deposit can also be applied to any future developments.
